How To Set Up E-mail on an iphone

iphone_emailRemember the day when computers were a luxury item and we still used landlines and long distance calling to connect with others? It seems technology has moved quite fast since then with the ever-so important need to check e-mail now not just on your computer but on your phone.

We have come a long way but isn’t it so much more convenient? Most people that use iphones now feel as though they would be lost without them. Just make sure to turn your phone off every so often (even for 10 minutes at a time) to take a walk or do something without relying on technology to completely run your day to day life activities.

Our e-mail setup tutorial will walk you through how to use your e-mail address to send/receive emails on your iphone.

Watch the Video Tutorial on how to setup your iphone with e-mail:

How To Send Large Files Without Using E-mail - Video Tutorial

ftp_photo

FTP Access is used to send us large files that cannot be sent over e-mail (approximately 15 MB+). It is also the fastest way to send us files too! Make sure after you upload your files that you let your project manager know so that they can be sure to retrieve them from our server.

To gain FTP access you will need a few things:

  1. FTP Software - We recommend using Filezilla as it is the most user friendly, and free! Click Here to Download Filezilla Client Version
  2. Host Name - To access our server you will use ftp.1stsourceweb.com
  3. Username - This will be emailed to you upon request
  4. Password - This will be emailed to you upon request

Here is a quick video on how to use Filezilla:

blog_box_fsw

Congrats, your new website is launched and “live”! “BUT WAIT….It’s not showing up on my computer?”

This is very very common. Either your internet connection is down, or most likely you need to clear your cache. Every web browser stores web pages, images and other downloaded content on the computer. This is called the browser’s cache. Clearing it occasionally or regularly can protect your privacy and free up some space in your computer. Every browser is different follow this link here to find out how to clear your specific browsers history and information.

FEEDBACK

"Changing web sites and companies can be a frightening experience. After all, if you choose wrong, you could severely damage your business, while transitioning.

My sales rep was extremely helpful in explaining my options and keeping our game plan within the realistic needs for my company. The design staff was also helpful and certainly speedy. The process was painless."
