Who owns the copyright for work that First Source Web has done for me?

Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.

How does your logo design process work?

We first discuss the client's needs, target market, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes getting an idea of their taste. Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, our designers make sure they've collected enough information before they begin work. Our logo design service is very flexible. If you'd like to see only a few concepts or if you need many, our service can be priced according to your needs.

I need something designed yesterday. Can you help me?

We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is. To be fair to other clients, if a job already in production is interrupted by a rush job, we reserve the right to add an additional 50% - 100% on top of the normal price.

How many colors can I include in my design? Does it cost extra to add additional colors?

You can have as many colors as you want in your design without any additional charge. In the design stage of your logo it doesn't matter how many colors are featured.

Why do I need a custom brochure or other print work piece designed?

When there are many providers who work on your same business field and offer the same services, you need every advantage you can get to stay ahead of your competitors! A custom-built print design is a powerful marketing tool since it is tailored to the needs of your product, and thus it portrays all its strengths and benefits in a clear, friendly and impressive way, something that cannot be derived from a template-based product.
